Hotel Ashwa Park, Salem

During my stay at Hotel Ashwa Park Salem, I encountered both exceptional service and significant issues that impacted my experience. The courteous and attentive staff, especially at the front desk, were a highlight for me, but the bar service was quite disappointing due to confusion over billing and cleanliness standards. Overall, while there were some memorable moments, the negative aspects detracted from my overall impression of the hotel.

I recently had a mixed experience at Hotel Ashwa Park in Salem. The proximity to the railway station is a plus, and the lobby is decent. However, the rooms were quite outdated and cramped, and the service left much to be desired. Also, the dining experience fell flat and is definitely an area for improvement.

The food was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the attentiveness of Kanagaraj, who helped us with our meal choices. However, the rooms could use a little more space and natural light. Overall, it offers great value for the quality of service and food provided.
